Follow the Programming → Stick to the split and trust the process. Each workout is designed with progression in mind.
Fuel Your Body → If your plan includes macros, track consistently and focus on balanced meals to support strength and recovery.
Stay Consistent → Results come from showing up. Even short workouts (like Toned Core Club) add up over time.
Use the Tools → Take advantage of video demos, check-ins, and progress tracking. These keep you accountable and confident.
